By accessing or using ZigQR, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately. ZigQR is a product of Idnetify Solutions Private Limited.

2. Service Description

ZigQR provides a dynamic QR code generation platform. Users can create up to 20 QR codes free for lifetime, each with customizable designs, real-time link editing, and scan tracking analytics through a personal dashboard.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One account per individual or entity unless authorized.

4. QR Code Usage & Content

You agree not to use ZigQR for:

• Malicious links, phishing, malware distribution, or scams.
• Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or adult material.
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of protected content.
• Spam campaigns or unsolicited marketing.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete QR codes that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Free Lifetime Access

ZigQR offers 20 QR codes free for lifetime. This includes unlimited scans, design customization, and link editing. We reserve the right to modify limits with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The ZigQR platform, logo, branding, and underlying code are owned by Idnetify Solutions Private Limited. QR codes generated by users belong to their respective creators. You grant us a limited license to host and serve your QR codes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZigQR is provided "as is." Idnetify Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including lost profits or data.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, extended inactivity, or at our discretion. You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your QR codes will stop functioning.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
